How The Rates Are Calculated

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight and size of your package through the chosen carrier.

All shipping fees are subject to change.

Free Shipping

Free regular shipping via Canada Post within Canada only. (excludes over night or express shipping) Please note regular shipping does not include a tracking number or insurance. If regular shipping is selected, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any and all shipping promotions at any time, without prior notice. 

Shipping and Transit Time

The transit time for your shipment depends entirely on your method of shipping, and in the case of orders placed with Canada Post Ground, how far you are located in relation to us in Red Deer, Alberta. Customers that require a faster shipping method can choose from one of the following Express options: UPS Express, UPS Expedited, UPS Express Saver, UPS Standard, Canada Post Next Day Air, Canada Post 2nd Day Air, and Canada Post 3 Day Select. You also have the choice of choosing other couriers if they better suit your needs.

All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days of the order being put into process, and the transit time will depend on your location and preferred shipping method.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

The guarantee does not apply to Canada Post shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond the control of Canada Post, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept the delivery of the shipment; acts of God; any delays due to natural disasters.

If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, Canada Post or selected courier are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen. If there was no tracking number/insurance service selected on the package, it will be untraceable and we will not responsible for any damages. Please check the expedited shipping option during check out in order to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
